Strike-Zone is an intense martial arts workout designed to emulate the extreme training that a professional fighter has to endure in order to get ready for a fight.
At its core, the Strike-Zone training program is a carefully chosen combination of weight training, interval training, cardiovascular training, and striking. During each 55-minute session, you’ll burn 800-1,200 calories and push yourself harder than ever before. You’ll also build muscle, burn fat, and increase your cardiovascular threshold.
All sessions are led by specialized staff members with a deep knowledge of martial arts and a passion for helping you maximize your mental and physical strength.
